The Highfill Parks Advisory Committee will meet on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Highfill City Hall – Council Chambers. During this meeting, the committee will discuss upcoming community events, park improvements, and other items related to the City’s parks and recreational opportunities.

Highfill Parks Advisory Committee Preview
The Highfill Parks Advisory Committee will meet to discuss planning and coordination for several upcoming 2026 community events, including Freedom Fest, National Night Out, the Fall Tree Giveaway, and Holidays in the Park.
The committee will also review park maintenance needs and consider recommendations for future improvements throughout the city’s parks system. Staff will provide financial updates related to the parks budget, followed by committee discussion and announcements.
The meeting agenda also includes approval of the April 24, 2026, special meeting minutes and an opportunity for public comment. The next regular meeting is scheduled for July 21, 2026.
