You can pay your water, sewer, and trash bill securely online through the Highfill Utility Payment Portal.

Pay by Bank Draft (ACH)
Set up automatic payments by completing the ACH Authorization Form. Funds will be drafted directly from your bank account on your billing due date.
Pay by Phone (IVR)
Call (479) 736-5711 to pay your bill using the automated phone system (IVR). Have your account number and payment method ready.
