The Highfill City Council serves as the city’s legislative body. Council members are responsible for:
- 📝 Adopting ordinances and resolutions
- 💰 Approving city budgets and expenditures
- 🏙️ Making land use and policy decisions
- 🤝 Representing resident interests in city governance
Together with the Mayor and city staff, the Council shapes policies that promote responsible growth and quality of life for all residents.
