Help Shape Highfill’s Future
The City of Highfill is developing a Future Land Use Plan and Master Street Plan to guide growth, transportation, and development in our community. Community input is an important part of this process, and we want to hear from you.
As of May 22, 2026, the City of Highfill has received the updated Future Land Use Map and Master Street Plan Map, along with the accompanying Draft Vision Plan Document.

The Vision Plan remains in draft form. Additional refinements are still in progress, including:
- Development of an implementation matrix
- Clarification of language within the Active Transportation Plan
- Addition of a section addressing future fire department locations
These materials are part of the City’s ongoing long-range planning efforts and will continue to be refined prior to final adoption.
The draft Highfill Future Land Use Map and Master Street Plan Map will be presented by Garver at the upcoming Planning Commission meeting, Tuesday, May 26, 2026, and we want to hear from the community. Public input is an important part of the planning process as Highfill prepares for future growth and development. Your feedback will help shape Highfill’s future growth and vision.
