Free Notary Services for City Residents
The City of Highfill provides notary services free of charge to all residents. These services are available by appointment only. No walk-in appointments will be accepted, ensuring that all residents receive timely and organized assistance. Our notary services help residents properly execute legal documents such as affidavits, powers of attorney, contracts, and other official paperwork.
Requirements for Notarization
To complete a notarization, the following requirements must be met:
- All signers must be present at the time of notarization.
- Each signer must present valid government-issued identification, such as:
- Driver’s License
- Passport
- Other government-issued photo ID
Please ensure that documents are not signed in advance, as notarization requires that the signing be witnessed by the notary public.
