City Meetings
All meetings begin at 6:00 PM in the Highfill City Council Chambers.
- Special City Council Meeting – Tonight at 6:00 PM
- Tuesday, November 25 – Planning Commission Meeting

Holiday Closures
The City of Highfill will be closed on Tuesday, November 11 in honor of Veterans Day, and again on Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28 for Thanksgiving.
🗑️ Trash Service Update:
- Veterans Day: No service delays.
- Thanksgiving Week:
- Thursday routes will be picked up Friday, November 28.
- Friday routes will be picked up Saturday, November 29.

🚨 Need Assistance During the Closure?
- For water or sewer issues, call (479) 736-5711 and follow the prompt for the Water Department.
- For police assistance, contact Benton County Dispatch at (479) 271-1005.

2025 Community Event Calendar
Highfill Fall Festival
Saturday, November 15, 2025 | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Highfill City Park • 180 NW Main St, Highfill, AR
The Fall Festival is back and better than ever! Get ready for:
- Classic yard games like giant tic-tac-toe
- Inflatables for the kids
- Barnyard Buddies petting zoo and pony rides
- Pumpkin painting provided by Mason Valley Baptist Church
- Pie eating contest with delicious pies from The Wooden Spoon
- Taco eating contest provided by El Pueblito
- 17+ craft vendors and mouth-watering food from Flavorful Kettle Corn, Downtown Dawgs, Mean Catfish Catering, and Jacked BBQ
- Plus, a local DJ bringing the tunes!
It’s not too late to join in—vendor applications are open until November 10. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this favorite community tradition!
Christmas in the Park

Celebrate the season under the lights! Enjoy an evening of festive fun with Santa, music, and holiday cheer.
This free family event will feature:
- Downtown Dawgs serving up delicious hot dogs and hot cocoa provided by Black Howler Beer Company
- Holiday photos courtesy of Storyteller Photography
