Highfill Special Parks Advisory Committee Meeting Notice

The City of Highfill will host a Special Highfill Parks Advisory Committee (HPAC) Meeting on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Highfill City Hall Council Chambers (2560 W Hwy 12, Highfill, AR). All community members are encouraged to attend.

This meeting provides an opportunity for residents to engage directly with the committee, learn about upcoming community events, and even consider serving on HPAC.

Meeting Participation Guidelines:

• Sign-in Required: To ensure a smooth process, all attendees should sign in at the entrance prior to the meeting start.
• Public Comment: Residents wishing to speak may do so during the public comment segment. Please limit comments to items on the agenda.
• Open Seat: The Highfill Parks Advisory Committee currently has one vacant seat. Interested community members are encouraged to attend, submit an application, and provide a letter of interest. Eligibility requires residency within the city limits of Highfill.
