The Highfill City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Highfill City Council Chambers (2560 W Hwy 12, Highfill, Arkansas 72734). Residents are encouraged to attend and participate in local governance.
