NOTICE OF PROPOSED ADOPTION OF ELECTRICAL CODE BY REFERENCE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Highfill, Arkansas, proposes to consider an ordinance adopting by reference the 2026 Arkansas Electrical Code, including the 2026 National Electrical Code as adopted and modified by the Arkansas Board of Electrical Examiners.
Copies of the code, pertinent portions thereof, and related documents are available for public examination at the office of the City Recorder, City of Highfill, Arkansas, prior to consideration and passage of the proposed ordinance.
