The City of Highfill Parks Advisory Committee (HPAC) will meet on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Highfill City Hall – Council Chambers.
HPAC reviews matters related to city parks, community events, and recreational opportunities. The committee provides recommendations to help the City of Highfill maintain and improve public spaces for residents and visitors.

Silver Meadows Park Update
HPAC will receive an update on Silver Meadows Park and discuss matters related to the park.
National Night Out Support
The committee will discuss HPAC support for National Night Out (NNO) and ways the committee can contribute to the community event.
National Night Out is scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at City Park.
Planning for 2026 City Events
HPAC will continue planning discussions for upcoming city events, including:
- Holidays in the Park
- Fall Tree Giveaway
End-of-Year Budget Review
HPAC will review its end-of-year budget and consider recommendations related to parks and community events.
Staff Reports and Committee Discussion
HPAC members will have an opportunity to discuss additional topics related to parks, community events, and committee activities.
The committee will also discuss its next meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
