In accordance with Arkansas Code Annotated §14-59-166, the City of Highfill has prepared and published its 2025 Annual Financial Statements for public review.
To ensure transparency and accessibility for our residents, printed copies of the statements have been posted in accordance with City of Highfill Ordinance 2025-2 at the following public locations:
- Highfill City Hall – Council Chambers
- Highfill City Hall – Lobby
- Highfill Mart
- Highfill City Park
- City of Highfill Fire Station
