Highfill Fall Festival – Vendor Registration

Thank you to everyone who was or is interested in being a vendor at our Fall Festival!
Vendor registration is now closed. We look forward to seeing all of our wonderful vendors at the event!

🕙 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
📍 Highfill City Park

Join us for a day of family fun, seasonal activities, and community connection at the Highfill Fall Festival! 🎃🍁 From pumpkin decorating and games to tasty treats and craft booths, this event is a celebration of the season and the spirit of our town.

If you have a business, craft, or delicious food you’d like to share, we’d love for you to be a festival vendor! This is a perfect opportunity to showcase your products, connect with local families, and support community traditions.

✅ Vendor Details

Setup Time:

  • Arrive as early as 8:30 AM to set up.
  • Please have all booths ready by 9:45 AM.

For Food Truck Vendors:

  • Food trucks have a designated setup zone on the grass near the event area.
  • Please park only in this zone when setting up your booth.
  • Once setup is complete, please park your vehicle along the side of the road or in the grassy ditch area around the park.

For All Other Vendors:

  • You may drive onto the field for unloading and setup only.
  • After unloading, please move your vehicle along the side of the road or in the grassy ditch area around the park.
  • Do not park on the grass outside the approved parking zones.

Booth Spaces & Cost:

  • Every vendor receives a designated space for your booth.
  • Registration is free this year—our way of thanking you for participating!
