Highfill Parks Advisory Committee to Meet October 27
The Highfill Parks Advisory Committee (HPAC) will meet on Monday, October 27, 2025, at 6:30 PM in the Council Chambers at Highfill City Hall.
During this meeting, members will take action on several key agenda items. They will elect a new Chairperson, review upcoming city-sponsored events, and discuss financial updates related to the parks budget. In addition, the committee will evaluate current park maintenance needs and consider recommendations for future improvements that keep Highfill’s parks safe, inviting, and family-friendly.

As the fall season continues, Highfill residents can look forward to several exciting community events:
- 🍁 Fall Festival – Saturday, November 15 | 10 AM–1 PM | Highfill City Park
- 🎄 Christmas in the Park – Friday, December 5 | 5:30 PM | Highfill City Park

No Planning Commission Meeting This Month
The Highfill Planning Commission will not meet this month because there are no items ready for review. During this brief pause, staff and commission members are actively preparing for upcoming development proposals, reviewing applications, and planning for future projects that will guide Highfill’s continued growth.
Looking ahead, the next Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall. The agenda and meeting materials will be available online before the meeting, giving residents time to review and stay up to date on items that shape our community’s future.
In the meantime, the City’s Planning and Development team remains hard at work—reviewing site plans, coordinating with developers, and ensuring that each new project meets city standards while reflecting Highfill’s vision for responsible and sustainable growth.
