Highfill Special City Council Meeting Notice

The Highfill City Council invites all residents to attend a special meeting on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Highfill City Council Chambers, 2560 W Hwy 12, Highfill, Arkansas 72734. During this session, council members will actively review departmental updates, approve the October 2025 financial reports, and discuss important city business, including upcoming community events.

This is a valuable opportunity for residents to engage directly with city leadership, ask questions, and share input that can help shape the future of Highfill. Your participation ensures that your voice is heard and your community remains vibrant and responsive.

Meeting Participation Guidelines:

  • Sign-In Required: All attendees must sign in at the entrance before being seated. This helps the city maintain accurate attendance records and ensures a smooth start to the meeting.
  • Meeting Materials: Residents can view the full City Council Packet through the QR code at the sign-in table or by [clicking here]. Reviewing the packet ahead of time can help you prepare questions and comments for discussion.
  • Public Comments: To speak during the meeting, sign your name and address on the sheet provided at the podium before the meeting begins. Mayor Holland will invite public comments during the designated section, allowing everyone a fair opportunity to contribute.

City Hall will be closed on Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28 in observance of Thanksgiving.

Please note: Trash collection will be delayed by one day next week.

  • Wednesday routes will be collected on Thursday.
  • Thursday routes will be collected on Friday.
