2025 Community Event Calendar

Flyer for the First Baptist Church Highfill Block Party, a free event featuring hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, snow cones, live music, games, bounce houses, and free gifts. Open to all ages. Scheduled for Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Highfill City Park. Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair.

Volunteer Opportunities

You don’t have to be a Parks Advisory Committee member to make a difference! Volunteers are always welcome to help with events and assist in maintaining and improving our city parks. For more information, reach out to the Parks Department through City Hall or use the contact us form below.
