Requesting Bulk Pickup or Container Exchange by Email
To schedule your pickup, just send an email to Bulk401@RepublicServices.com.
Please include the following information in your message:
- Full Name
- Service Address
- Phone Number
- A short description of the bulk items or the type of container exchange you need
After submitting your request, the Republic Services team will reply with your scheduled pickup date and confirm the details of your service.

If you’d rather speak with a representative, you can still contact Republic Services Customer Service at 1-800-431-1507.
When you call, be sure to mention that you are a City of Highfill customer and provide your address and phone number. A representative will let you know when your bulk items will be collected.

- Place bulk items curbside before 6:00 a.m. on your scheduled pickup day.
